Basic information

Consumers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We accept only unused products. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer. Each order includes a return/exchange form (download here).

Return Procedure

1. Fill in the return form attached to the order
2. Pack the product along with the form and proof of purchase (purchase/payment confirmation)
3. Address the shipment to the address indicated on the form
4. Send the shipment
5. After receiving the package, we will send you a confirmation email
6. After inspecting the goods, we will refund your money within 14 days. In case of exchange, the replacement product will be sent on the second business day

Exchange Procedure

1. Fill in the exchange form attached to the order
2. Pack the product along with the form
3. Address the shipment to the address indicated on the form
4. Send the shipment
5. Within two business days of receiving the package, the replacement product will be sent
6. Exchange applies to the same product.
